Our Dover office provides eligible Pennsylvania vehicle title transfers, registration processing and license plate issuance. With authorized access to PennDOT's online system and plates maintained in inventory, eligible customers can receive active registration and a plate during their visit.
Passenger vehicles and trucks have different registration fees. Truck registration depends on registered gross weight. Bring your title and identification; contact us to confirm documents and insurance requirements for your transaction.

Notary Public Where You Need Us
We offer office notarization and mobile notary appointments at homes, workplaces and other suitable locations, subject to availability. Bring valid acceptable identification and the document to be notarized. Do not sign ahead of time if the notarial act requires signing in the notary's presence.
Optional clerical assistance filling out eligible paperwork is available for $15 when requested. Our notaries do not provide legal advice or prepare documents requiring a lawyer.
